Dear Sir.

                          I have read with much pleasure your work on Alcoholic Ferments and feel much interested in the particulars you bring forcibly to the front. Kindly let me know what size of bulb (Pasteur) you would recommend for experimental [blyantsnote: 1/8 – 1/1 liter] purposes and what size for practical working, that is to grow yeast for starting the fermentation in beer wort say for 80 to 100 barrels at a time, please let me know where the square glasses “avec petits carres” are to be obtained as also the “chambre humid de Bottcher” and for Pasteurs bulbs both sizes who are the best makers. Please,
